Advocate Maamoun Al Khouli Founder

Advocate Maamoun Al Khouli is the owner and founder of the Firm.

He practiced advocacy before all levels of Syrian Courts since 1968, and then in 1983 he moved to the UAE and he set up his practice in the Emirate of Dubai.

Holder of an L.L.B. degree from Damascus University, Class of 1966.

Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Islamic Law (Sharia'a) from Damascus University, Class of 1977.Holds an advocacy and argument license from the Syrian Bar Association - Damascus since 1968.

Licensed before the UAE Federal Courts, Courts of First Instance and Appeal Courts, since 1983.

Licensed before Dubai Courts, Court of First Instance and Appeal Court since 1994, and then he was licensed to plead before Dubai Court of Cassation.

Participated in several forums and lectures in the field of commercial arbitration.

Litigated in many commercial, banking, civil, criminal, and family status cases, particularly marine transport, insurance, air way transportation, cases of compensation against medical malpractice, individual property, trade marks, and commercial agencies.


Mr. Mohamad Al Khouli Managing Partner

Holds a Master of Laws, LL.M., from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, USA 2002 - and a Bachelor of Arts in Law, LL.B., from the University of Sharjah College of Law, UAE.

Worked as an in-house legal counsel for various local government and semi government bodies including Dubai Holding LLC, Dubai Properties LLC, TECOM Investments and TECOM Authority, Empower, Sama Dubai LLC, The Supreme Committee for the Supervision of the Telecommunication Sector and the Knowledge and Human Development Authority of the Emirate of Dubai.

Participated in several forums and lectures in the field of arbitration

He is a member of the Syrian Bar Association, member of Minority Law Students Association of Dickinson Penn State, and the Amnesty International.
